Dyirramarra
Dyirramarra is a video of sensual immersion into the healing waters of Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island). The sun projects the electric flickering patterns of the waters surface onto the body whose movement embodies a surrender into the flow of the soft rolling undercurrents. The photographic series solidifies the water patterns onto the body as canvas.
